Job summary

Concentrix Portugal is seeking a Technical Product Specialist – Digital Ads to support advertisers using our client’s digital advertising products. You will troubleshoot technical issues and help customers maximise campaign outcomes.

Based in Lisbon, the role offers on-site work at Parque das Nações with training, career development and opportunities to grow within a global company.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or related field.
• C1 Arabic and B2 English required, both written and spoken.
• Experience in Digital Marketing and paid campaign management is mandatory.
• Understanding of social media and digital advertising.
• Experience in a Contact Centre or with an Advertising Technology company.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical and product-related issues
• Supporting advertisers through email and chat
• Helping customers get the most out of their advertising products
• Working closely with Product Operations and Technical teams to resolve complex queries
• Educating advertisers on product features and best practices
• Contributing to initiatives that improve customer experience and service quality

What will you do?

As a Technical Product Specialist – Digital Ads, you will support advertisers using our client's digital advertising products.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical and product-related issues
• Supporting advertisers through email and chat
• Helping customers get the most out of their advertising products
• Working closely with Product Operations and Technical teams to resolve complex queries
• Educating advertisers on product features and best practices
• Contributing to initiatives that improve customer experience and service quality

What are we looking for?

You’ll be a great match if you:

• Have C1 level Arabic and B2 level English, both written and spoken
• Have a degree in Marketing or a related field
• Have experience in Digital Marketing
• Have hands-on experience with paid campaign management (mandatory)
• Have a good understanding of social media and digital advertising
• Have experience in a Contact Centre or with an Advertising Technology company
• Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Enjoy solving problems and working with technology
