CBTalents is seeking an English-speaking Technical Customer Support Representative to join our on-site team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will help customers solve problems, explain technical concepts, and guide users through digital tools and AI-related features.

The role suits candidates with experience in tech support or IT-related customer service and a genuine interest in technology. You’ll work rotating shifts and collaborate with a friendly, knowledge-driven team to deliver excellent service.

We're looking for an English-speaking Technical Customer Support Representative to join a customer support team in Lisbon, Portugal.

This role is a great fit for candidates who have experience in tech support, IT-related customer service, or simply have a strong interest in technology and enthusiasm for AI and digital tools.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Schedule: Rotating shifts between 07:00 and 22:00
Working Days: 5 days per week, with 2 rotating days off
Work Model: On-site
Relocation: No relocation support provided

What you'll do

• Assist customers with technical and product-related questions
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users through solutions
• Provide support through customer service channels
• Explain technical information in a clear and user-friendly way
• Identify and escalation more complex issues when necessary
• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience

What we're looking for

• Good command of English
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, IT Support, or a related field is a plus
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new digital tools
• Genuine interest in technology and AI
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working rotating shifts
• Able to work on-site in Lisbon
• Already based in Portugal or able to arrange relocation independently, as relocation support is not available
