CBTalents in Lisbon is seeking an English-speaking Technical Customer Support Representative to join our customer support team on-site. You will assist customers with technical and product questions, troubleshoot basic issues, and explain complex concepts clearly, with rotating shifts 07:00–22:00.

Fresh graduates are welcome; relocation is not provided. You must be based in Portugal or able to relocate independently, as this is an on-site role in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Excellent command of English.
• Experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, IT Support, or related fields is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new digital tools.
• Genuine interest in technology and AI.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work rotating shifts.
• Able to work on-site in Lisbon.
• Based in Portugal or able to relocate independently; relocation assistance not provided.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in technology are welcome.

We're looking for an English-speaking Technical Customer Support Representative to join a customer support team in Lisbon, Portugal.

This role is a great fit for candidates who have experience in tech support, IT-related customer service, or simply have a strong interest in technology and enthusiasm for AI and digital tools.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Schedule: Rotating shifts between 07:00 and 22:00
Working Days: 5 days per week, with 2 rotating days off
Work Model: On-site
Relocation: No relocation support provided
