Your responsibilities include staying current on product changes, spotting recurring issues, balancing thoroughness with fast resolution times, and following up to ensure problems are fully resolved.

Qualificações

• Fluent English with C1 level in writing and speaking.
• Eligibility to work in the EU (citizenship or valid permit).
• Ability to explain technical issues in plain language to non-technical users.

Responsabilidades

• Stay current on product changes that affect common issues.
• Spot recurring issues and flag them upstream.
• Balance thoroughness with keeping resolution times reasonable.
• Follow up to confirm a fix actually solved the problem.
