Cross Border Talents is seeking a Technical Customer Specialist to join a dynamic, customer-focused team in Lisbon. You will handle technical questions and issues, guide users through configurations, and ensure clear, professional assistance across channels.

You will work closely with product and engineering teams to diagnose problems, provide actionable resolutions, and maintain high satisfaction levels while staying up-to-date with product updates and processes.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in Dutch at advanced level (C1/C2).
• English proficiency at B2 or higher.
• Strong communication skills for effective customer interactions.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving aptitude.
• Experience in customer support or tech customer service is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional technical support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting, configurations, and platform-related issues.
• Diagnose issues by identifying root causes and guiding step-by-step resolutions.
• Explain technical information clearly to users in an accessible way.
• Document interactions, issues, steps, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Follow established procedures and company guidelines in all interactions.
