Cross Border Talents is seeking a Technical Customer Specialist in Lisbon to provide expert technical support and exceptional customer service. You will troubleshoot product-related issues, guide users through configurations, and document all interactions for quality resolution.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration with internal teams. EU citizenship or Portuguese residency is required; relocation support is available.

Qualificações

• Language requirements: Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• Experience in CS or Tech CS is a plus
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional technical support via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Assist customers with technical questions, product functionality, account access and configurations.
• Diagnose issues and provide clear, step-by-step solutions.
• Document interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
