CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Technical Customer Success Managers for an international cloud technology project based in Lisbon, Portugal.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping business customers maximize the value of their cloud solutions while managing the full customer lifecycle—from identifying new opportunities to driving adoption and long-term growth.

Qualificações

• Fluent English required (C1+).
• Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience.
• Experience with CRM and pipeline management.
• Experience managing full sales cycle.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Interest in cloud tech or enterprise software.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of business customers as trusted technical advisor.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the portfolio.
• Drive opportunities through full sales cycle, from discovery to adoption.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts.
• Engage customers to increase product adoption and reduce churn.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cloud solutions.
• Support digital transformation and cloud initiatives.
• Build strong customer relationships to meet objectives.
