Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Success Manager to be the first point of contact for customers needing help. The role emphasizes patient, clear communication and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

You will work on-site in Lisbon, handling inquiries by phone, chat, and email, maintaining accurate case notes, and deciding when to escalate. Prior customer-facing experience is a plus, as is comfort with new internal systems.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch, written and spoken.
• Clear, professional communication style.
• Reasonably tech-comfortable and willing to learn internal systems.

Responsabilidades

• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current.
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality.
• Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly.
• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email.
