Cross Border Talents in Lisbon seeks a Technical Customer Specialist to serve as the main contact for customers with technical questions. You will troubleshoot, configure accounts, and provide clear, professional product support across channels.

You will document interactions, escalate complex cases, and stay up-to-date with product updates. Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) is required, along with EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.

Qualificações

• Language requirements: Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical mindset and client-support abilities.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional technical support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with technical questions, product functionality, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose issues by identifying root causes and offering clear, step-by-step solutions.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and explain technical information clearly.
• Resolve technical concerns while maintaining high customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Document customer interactions, issues, steps, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams and collaborate for timely resolutions.
• Follow established procedures, standards, and company policies during all interactions.
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve products and processes.
• Stay updated on product features and troubleshooting practices through training.
