Job summary
Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Team Leader – Dutch to guide a Dutch-speaking customer service team. You will coach, motivate and develop agents while driving performance and quality. Local candidates with EU work authorisation are required.
You'll work in a dynamic, international environment, reporting to management and serving as a bridge between your team and leadership. This role offers growth opportunities and a hands-on leadership experience in Lisbon.
Qualifications
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Experience leading a team or coaching others (customer service experience is a plus)
- Already living in Lisbon, with EU work authorisation
