Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Team Leader who speaks Dutch or Flemish to guide a customer service team. You will coach, motivate and develop team members while monitoring performance and driving targets in a fast-paced, international environment.

Based in Lisbon with EU work authorization, you will liaise with management, handle escalations, and create a positive, result-driven culture. Monday–Saturday shifts, 09:00–22:00, with no Sundays.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or coaching others in a service environment.
• Fluent or native Dutch or Flemish and fluent English.
• Already living in Lisbon with EU work authorisation.
