Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Team Leader to manage a Dutch- or Flemish-speaking customer service team. You will coach, motivate and develop agents while driving performance and meeting targets.

You must be fluent/native in Dutch or Flemish plus English, have prior team leadership experience, and already reside in Lisbon with EU work authorization. This on-site role offers real responsibility in an international CX company.

Qualifications

• Fluent or native Dutch or Flemish, and fluent English.
• Experience leading a team or coaching others (customer service experience is a plus).
• Already living in Lisbon, with EU work authorisation.
