Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Team Leader to manage a Dutch-speaking customer service team. You will coach peers, drive performance and help shape results in a fast-paced, international environment. This role is based in Lisbon with local candidates only.

You’ll lead shifts, support escalations, and serve as the link between your team and management, contributing to a culture of growth and excellence. Fluent Dutch and English are required, and EU work authorization is a must.

• Experience leading a team or coaching others in a customer service setting.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Already living in Lisbon with EU work authorization.
