Job summary

NetJets IP, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a temporary assignment in Paço de Arcos, Portugal. You will support end-to-end recruitment, from posting openings to screening candidates and coordinating interviews.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in HR, 0–2 years in recruitment, and strong English communication. Travel flexibility and familiarity with employer branding are a plus, with a collaborative HR team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection.
• Experience managing multiple R&S processes preferred.
• Fluency in Business English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate recruitment processes with HR BP to support HR business partners.
• Assist in posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and conducting phone screenings.
• Organise administrative tasks related to recruitment and selection.

Purpose of Position

Execute assigned recruitment processes, to attract skilled office staff to support the business strategy.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate, with the Talent Acquisition Partner to support, all recruitment processes to support HR BPs;
• Assist in posting job openings, gathering information on new applicants, sourcing candidates (ex: LinkedIn, Career Fairs, employment fairs, etc) and contacting potential candidates for phone screening;
• Organise and execute the administrative and logistics tasks related to recruitment and selection;
• Manage candidate assessment and interviews in assigned recruitment;
• Prepare in line with the approved requisitions offer letters, to ensure that the selected candidate is informed of the salary and remuneration conditions and to make sure the candidate understands these conditions;
• Maintain the recruiting database, to ensure applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding;
• Manage and maintain social media platforms related to recruitment and employee feedback (Linked In, Glassdoor Europe);
• Work with the HR Business Partner on the onboarding of the new employees.
