CostaTerra Golf & Ocean Club in Comporta, Portugal, seeks a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across departments, sourcing candidates, screening, interviews, and selection, while partnering with heads of department.

You’ll build talent pipelines, enhance employer branding, participate in job fairs, and optimize recruitment processes using Workday.

Qualifications
