Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

• Experience managing multiple R&S processes preferred.
• Fluency in Business English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel.

Aufgaben

• Develop and coordinate recruitment processes with HR BP to support HR business partners.
• Assist in posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and conducting phone screenings.
• Organise administrative tasks related to recruitment and selection.
• Manage candidate assessments and interviews in assigned recruitment.
• Prepare offers outlining salary and remuneration to inform candidates.
