Amgen operates a capability center in Portugal that supports the future of healthcare through innovation and technology across areas including data and analytics, digital, technology, cybersecurity, R&D operations, finance, regulatory affairs, and human resources.

• Independently manage complex or multi-country recruitment administration cases across the assigned hiring lifecycle
• Coordinate complex interviews and candidate logistics, resolving scheduling conflicts and high-priority changes
• Oversee the preparation and quality review of offer letters and employment contracts
• Manage complex pre-employment and background-check cases, documenting and escalating issues
• Act as a subject matter expert for assigned processes or countries and maintain process documentation, controls, templates, and knowledge materials
• Serve as an escalation point, diagnose operational issues, coordinate resolutions, and involve managers or local experts when required
• Monitor work queues, service-level agreements, quality indicators, and recurring issues; recommend priorities and corrective actions
• Lead defined low- to medium-complexity projects or workstreams, including country transitions, knowledge transfer, user acceptance testing, template rationalization, and process-control improvements
• Use data and root-cause analysis to simplify, standardize, and automate processes, and support solution adoption
• Support Workday configuration and automation initiatives by documenting requirements, coordinating inputs, testing solutions, and tracking defects
• Coach and guide Associates, share best practices, support onboarding and training, and conduct quality reviews
• Build working relationships with recruiters, HR Operations, Legal, Compliance, payroll, and country HR partners
• Prepare service updates and communicate risks, trends, and recommendations

Требования

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4+ Years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations, recruitment coordination, HR operations, shared services, or a related operational role
• Experience independently handling complex post-offer, hiring-documentation, pre-employment, or pre-boarding cases
• Experience working across multiple countries, business groups, or stakeholder teams and navigating documented local variations
• Ability to analyze operational issues, identify root causes, and implement practical process improvements
• Experience leading a defined project, transition, testing cycle, or process-improvement workstream
• Strong judgement, attention to detail, and discretion when handling sensitive personal and employment information
• Strong stakeholder-management, written communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced service environment
• Proficiency with applicant tracking and HR information systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office
• Fluent business-level English
• Professional proficiency in at least one of German, French, Italian, or Spanish
• Nice to have: Proficiency in two or more supported languages, advanced experience with Workday Recruiting, shared services or Center of Excellence experience, offer-letter or employment-contract automation, template governance, user acceptance testing, data privacy and cross-border employment-process knowledge, training or coaching experience, quality-review experience
