ManpowerGroup в Лиссабоне приглашает талантливого Talent Acquisition Consultant (м/ж/д) присоединиться к внутреннему составу и заниматься подбором и привлечением специалистов для клиентов. Роль предполагает гибридный формат работы и участие в проектах по стратегическому набору персонала.

Кандидаты с опытом подбора, владением инструментами поиска кандидатов (LinkedIn Recruiter) и свободным английским языком будут приоритетом.

Formación

• Опыт в специализированном рекрутинге и подборе персонала.
• Свободное владение английским языком.
• Отличные коммуникационные и межличностные навыки.

Responsabilidades

• Проведение специализированных процессов набора и отбора; согласование потребностей клиента с предложениями и возможностями.
• Привлечение кандидатов согласно профилю и доступным ресурсам; формирование пула кандидатов.
• Установление доверительных отношений с кандидатами и клиентами, своевременная обратная связь.

Conduct specialized recruitment and selection processes, aligning client needs with the best solutions and business opportunities; Apply effective talent attraction strategies according to the profile, guidelines and available resources; Foster relationships of trust with candidates and the client, ensuring ongoing feedback and availability to answer questions.

• Experience in specialized Recruitment and Selection;
• Fluency in English (Mandatory);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong customer orientation and motivation to achieve results;
• Knowledge of candidate search tools (LinkedIn Recruiter);
• Team spirit, energy, motivation and a strong customer-oriented approach.
