Job summary

In this role you will collaborate with HR and business leaders, participate in recruitment marketing, and provide detailed reporting on hiring outcomes to improve strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment and selection.
• Ability to source, screen, recruit and build strong relationships.
• Proactive, professional, and capable of delivering targets.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to delivering headcount targets.
• Employ innovative methods to meet hiring needs and run recruitment marketing activities.
• Prepare recruitment reports to monitor effectiveness of strategies.
• Handle recruitment administrative functions and candidate interactions.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to align budgets and policies.
