Boston Consulting Group in Lisbon is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for junior roles across multiple business units, with a strong focus on supporting the Lisbon Capabilities Centre. Qualificações

• 2–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in international or matrixed organizations.
• Experience hiring for shared services or high-volume teams.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong experience using applicant tracking systems and collaboration tools.
• Competency-based interviewing skills across technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Confidence partnering with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior roles across multiple business units.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to clarify role requirements and hiring plans.
• Source candidates through direct outreach, job boards, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct structured interviews and share competency-based candidate assessments.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support future hiring needs and reduce time-to-fill.
• Coordinate regional hiring campaigns and employer brand events.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS, ensuring accuracy and visibility.
• Support global recruiting initiatives and recommend local process improvements.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and use data to improve hiring outcomes.
