A fast-growing tech consultancy in Lisbon is seeking an experienced recruiter to lead the full-cycle recruitment for technical roles. You will partner with engineering teams and build a quality talent pipeline while ensuring a smooth candidate experience. This hybrid position allows you to work in an agile, multicultural environment and contribute to shaping its future. Ideal candidates should have 3+ years in tech recruitment and be fluent in both English and Portuguese.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment (agency, consultancy or in-house).
• Strong understanding of technical roles, tools, and hiring dynamics in the IT space.
• Proactive, organized, and motivated to grow with a high-performing team.
• Represent loomtech across social platforms and the local tech community to boost our employer brand
• Ensure a human, engaging, and smooth candidate experience at every stage of the process
