Loop Future in Coimbra is expanding its in-house sourcing function to hire talent globally, with a focus on urgent contract roles and rapid onboarding.

You will develop sourcing strategies, build international pipelines, and partner with Customer Success and leadership to meet tight delivery timelines. Strong initiative and hands-on use of LinkedIn Recruiter and Zoho are highly valued.

Qualificações

• 2+ years recruiting technical roles (contract or interim).
• Experience delivering candidates under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Experience recruiting internationally across global markets.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter; Zoho CRM/ATS a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sourcing and delivery of urgent hires globally, including short-notice contracts.
• Partner with Customer Success to define, qualify, and prioritise urgent roles with clear timelines.
• Coordinate interviews across internal teams and external clients, managing scheduling and communication end-to-end.
• Source high-caliber Developers, Testers, Engineers, Architects, Project Managers, and Consultants under tight time constraints.
• Build and maintain talent pools across Portugal, UK, Europe, India and the USA.
• Manage recruitment/talent database, updating hot-lists and ensuring data accuracy.
• Collaborate within the in-house talent team, share knowledge and stay ahead of market trends.
• Format job descriptions and candidate profiles per Loop Future standards.

Introduction to the function:

We are now looking for a key member to join our inhouse sourcing team to assist in finding talent for us globallyto help take us to the next level. You’ll develop innovative sourcing approaches, build and nurture a strong talent pipeline, and work closely with Customer Success and leadership to define needs, source top talent (including passive candidates), conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.

Main duties:

• Take the lead on sourcing and delivering urgent hires globally, with a focus on fast-paced, short-notice contract recruitment.
• Partner closely with Customer Success to define, qualify, and prioritise urgent roles, ensuring clear understanding of timelines and delivery pressures.
• Coordinate interviews across internal delivery teams and external clients, managing scheduling and candidate communication end-to-end.
• Creatively source high-caliber Developers, Testers, Engineers, Architects, Project Managers, and Consultants using LinkedIn and other channels under tight time constraints.
• Build talent pools of candidates across Portugal, UK, Europe, India and the USA.
• Manage and optimize our recruitment/talent database, including updating hot-lists and ensuring candidate data accuracy.
• Collaborate within a high-performing in-house talent team, sharing knowledge, upskilling one another, and staying ahead of recruitment market trends.
• Format job descriptions and candidate profiles in line with Loop Future standards for client and project submissions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience recruiting technical roles, including contract or interim positions, either in-house or within an agency environment.
• Proven ability to source and deliver candidates under tight time constraints and shifting priorities.
• Strong understanding of software development, engineering, and technical roles, with the ability to effectively qualify candidates against project and client requirements.
• Experience recruiting internationally, with exposure to global talent markets.
• Confident and hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Bonus: Experience working with Zoho (CRM/ATS).
• High energy, enthusiasm, and drive, with the autonomy and positive mindset needed to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving business.
