A technology partner in Lisbon is seeking an IT Recruiter to join their team. This position involves managing the full recruitment cycle, understanding job requirements, and delivering quality candidates. The ideal candidate will have strong IT recruitment experience and a Bachelor's Degree in a related field. The company offers a hybrid working model, continuous career development, and a friendly atmosphere with team-building activities and health insurance.

Qualificações

• Strong experience in the IT world as a tech recruiter.
• Able to manage candidate expectations regarding timelines and job requirements.
• Be part of the full recruitment cycle including screening, interviews, and offers.

Responsabilidades

• Work with management to understand recruitment needs.
• Deliver quality candidates for several open positions.
• Maintain continuous follow-ups with hired candidates.
• Perform continuous follow-ups with hired candidates to support retention.
• Identify fit between candidates and job specifications for tech roles.
• Handle multiple open positions simultaneously with quality candidates.

Strong experience in the IT world as a tech recruiter;

Working together with the management team to understand the best approach for each open position as well as being able to manage candidate expectations regarding timelines and job requirements;

Be part of the full recruitment cycle including screening of CV's, interviews and offers, as well as being responsible for continuous follow-ups (retention is key) with the hired candidates;

Great knowledge of tech related profiles and the latest technologies; you must be able to understand when there is a fit between a candidate and a job spec;

Able to work in several open positions simultaneously and deliver quality candidates;

Energetic and ambitious with a positive attitude. You have to be a team player and be able to work under pressure;

Bachelor's Degree (Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology or similar);
