We are looking for aTalent Acquisition Specialistto join an internationalBPO environment in Lisbon, supporting recruitment operations and helping us attract and hire the best candidates in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Your role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring, with a strong focus on volume recruitment and candidate experience.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managinghigh-volume recruitment processesacross different roles and profiles
• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases and other recruitment channels
• Screening CVs and conducting telephone/video interviews
• Assessing candidates based on skills, experience and motivation
• Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer stage
• Maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the process
• Meeting recruitment targets and deadlines in a fast-paced BPO environment
• Working closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand recruitment needs
• Keeping candidate information and recruitment data up to date
• Contributing to a positive and professional candidate experience

What we're looking for

• Previous experience inTalent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Proven experience inhigh-volume recruitment, preferably within a BPO, shared services or similar fast-paced environment
• Fluent French and Portuguese– both spoken and written
• Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
• Target-oriented, proactive and organised approach
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate experience
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing/recruitment platforms is a plus
