Auto1 Group in Portugal is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to partner with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

You will source candidates across multiple channels, screen and assess applicants, manage offers and onboarding, and monitor recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and quality. The role is hybrid with an office in Carnaxide and a 9:00–18:00 workday.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Portuguese native or fluent; professional English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, attract, and engage top talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen and assess candidates through interviews and competency-based evaluations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Monitor recruitment metrics and proactively identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and quality.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People team in Portugal. In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

What we offer

• Competitive salary and benefits package.
• Fixed-term contract: 6 months + 6 months, with the possibility of becoming a permanent employee after this period.
• Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Hybrid working model: work remotely one week per month.
• Office location: Carnaxide, Portugal.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for high-volume or commercial roles is a plus; automotive industry experience is advantageous but not required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Native or fluent Portuguese.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
