Job summary

Eugenia Talent is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join a young, dynamic HR team in Braga. You will speak with managers to determine staffing needs, screen CVs, conduct candidate interviews and coordinate assessments.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, is people oriented, detail focused, proactive, and capable of representing the brand. Fluency in French and English is essential.

• Native French and advanced English are essential.

Responsibilities

• Speaking with managers to determine staffing needs.
• Screening CVs.
• Conducting interviews with candidates.
• In charge of conducting company assessments.
• Doing reference checks.
• Coordinating interviews with managers and executive team.
• Ensuring staffing goals are met.
• Maintaining relationships with agencies, universities, and industry representatives.
• Conducting reports and weekly meetings.
