Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract French-speaking candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals,
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and providing support throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and labor market insights, particularly in the Portuguese-speaking market.
• Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to management.
