ALTEN in Lisbon is hiring a Senior Recruiter to join our team. The role involves managing consultants, serving as their daily contact, and actively participating in recruitment and talent development within the organization.

The successful candidate will handle recruitment and selection tasks, ensuring a positive experience and contributing to team growth, with a hybrid work model and a base salary of 21K plus bonus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, labor relations, HR, business administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience in technologic profiles, ideally Life Sciences.
• Recruitment experience in permanent positions.
• Experience working in consultancy environment.
• Portuguese (C2 level).
• Conversational Spanish.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members/new joiners.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

We are looking to hire a Senior Recruiter to join our team in Lisbon.

As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in managing and supporting our consultants, serving as their day-to-day point of contact and actively participating in the recruitment and talent development processes within the organization.
