Responsibilities

• Координация интервью, отзывов и коммуникации с кандидатами и стейкхолдерами.
• Формирование и поддержание пайплайнов талантов.
• Стратегическое сотрудничество с Hiring Managers и HR командами.
• Участие в адаптации сотрудников и проектах по Employer Branding.

Adecco Recruitment is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join an international organization. • Manage recruitment processes end to end, from identifying the need to onboarding the employee.
• Develop sourcing strategies suited to different markets, roles and seniority levels.
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews and assess candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback and communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Act as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers and Human Resources teams.
• Support onboarding activities, ensuring an efficient transition for new employees.
• Participate in Employer Branding, talent attraction and Early Careers initiatives.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of information in the ATS and other recruitment tools.
• Monitor recruitment indicators, SLAs and performance metrics.
• Participate in continuous improvement, automation and Talent Acquisition process transformation projects.

Требования

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in multinational, Shared Services or Global Business Services environments.
• Solid experience independently managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques, competency-based interviews and talent pipeline management.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Organized, autonomous and results-oriented profile.
• Ability to work in a global, dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
• High operational rigor and attention to detail.
• University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Social Sciences or a similar field.
• Good command of English (mandatory requirement).
