HireHi ищет специалиста по найму в Лиссобоне: нужно привлекать кандидатов через рекламу, соцсети и прямые каналы, выстраивать поток молодых специалистов. Будете сотрудничать с командами из Лондона и Лиссабона.

Ключевые задачи: собеседование, обработка кандидатов, подготовка офферов, работа с ATS, создание и поддержка талент-пайплайнов, участие в крупных наймах в регионе EMEA.

Qualificações

• Опыт многоканального поиска кандидатов и построения пайплайнов под объёмный найм.
• Опыт быстрого подбора entry-level или graduate-кадров без потери качества.

Задачи

• Source candidates through advertising, social media, and direct channels to find talent in each location;
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by interviewing and processing candidates and handling offers;
• Interview and proactively source entry-level talent for high-volume Client Services hiring across the London and Lisbon teams;
• Use the ATS daily to track candidates and apply data to improve processes and candidate experience;
• Work with the wider team to develop a strategy for proactive university relationships;
• Support large-scale hiring initiatives with the wider EMEA Talent team to meet 2027 hiring targets;
• Research recruitment projects and identify ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness and raise the bar for future hires.

Требования

• Experience with multi-channel sourcing, entry-level or graduate talent sourcing, and building and maintaining talent pipelines at volume;
• Experience with repetitive, high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and candidate experience;
• Proactive, self-starting approach and willingness to take initiative;
• Drive, resilience, urgency, and a bias for action in a fast-paced environment;
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills;
• Strong organisation and attention to detail in admin-heavy, high-volume workflows;
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally;
• Nice to have: French, German, Dutch, or a Nordic language.
