Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ведение полного цикла подбора технологий и консалтинговых ролей.

You will partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to develop talent strategies, identify top candidates, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. • Proven track record of successfully hiring technical and consulting talent across various levels and disciplines.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Experience using modern sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in English and Portuguese.
