Adecco Recursos Humanos in Porto, Portugal, seeks a Talent Acquisition Recruiter who speaks French and English to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for the French market. You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and ensure a seamless candidate journey.

You will screen applications, conduct interviews, present candidates, and monitor KPIs. This role offers exposure to high-volume, strategic recruitment projects in an international HR team.

Qualificações

• Fluent French and English required.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• End-to-end recruitment process management.
• Strong sourcing and candidate attraction skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

What We're Looking For

• Fluent French & English (written and spoken)
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Strong sourcing and candidate attraction skills
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruitment metrics and KPIs
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
