Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Porto, Portugal (hybrid) is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d) to support internal hiring needs of ManpowerGroup Germany and its brands. This role covers full-cycle recruiting for consultants, sales and corporate functions, collaborating with German hiring managers to ensure high-quality delivery throughout the lifecycle.

• Proven experience in recruiting / talent acquisition.
• In-house TA or staffing environment experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting internal roles (consultants, sales, corporate functions).
• Strong active sourcing and end-to-end recruitment skills.
• Hands-on with ATS systems (Workday, Taleo, SAP SuccessFactors).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for internal roles.
• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define requirements and strategies.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.
• Create and publish job advertisements across platforms.
• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate and support the interview process with hiring managers.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the German organization.
• Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience.
• Maintain data in the ATS and manage pipelines.
• Support offer processes and drive roles to successful hiring.
• Provide market insights and recruiting updates.

About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d) based in Portugal to support the internal hiring needs of ManpowerGroup Germany and its brands (including Manpower, Experis, and others).

In this role, you will act as a full-cycle recruiting partner, managing and driving recruitment processes for internal positions such as consultants, sales roles, and corporate functions. You will work closely with hiring managers in Germany and ensure high-quality delivery across the entire hiring lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for internal roles within ManpowerGroup Germany and its brands
• Facilitate and lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define requirements and recruitment strategies
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels
• Create and publish job advertisements across relevant platforms
• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate and support the interview process with hiring managers
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the German organization
• Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience
• Manage pipelines and maintain accurate data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Support offer processes and drive roles through to successful hiring
• Provide market insights and recruiting updates

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in recruiting / talent acquisition, either:
• In-house (corporate TA), or
• within a staffing / personnel services environment (PDL)
• Experience recruiting for internal roles (e.g. consultants, sales, corporate functions) is highly preferred
• Strong experience in active sourcing
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Hands-on experience with ATS systems (e.g., Workday, Taleo, SAP SuccessFactors)

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent German (C1/C2) – written and spoken (mandatory)
• Good English skills for internal collaboration (preferred)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently and manage high workload environments
• Structured, solution-oriented approach
• High level of ownership and accountability
