Linkroad in Lisbon is expanding its talent acquisition team. We’re looking for a recruiter passionate about connecting top IT talent with the right opportunities and representing our brand with energy and integrity.

You’ll partner with Hiring Managers to define needs, search candidates on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, use ATS tools, and develop proactive sourcing strategies while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and strong employer branding.

Qualificações

• BSc or MSc in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience recruiting IT profiles.
• Motivated to be part of a dynamic team.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written).
• Good level of English (spoken and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building.
