Onile IT in Lisbon is seeking an IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment from initial interview to offer, publish ads and actively source candidates, and assess CVs. You will schedule interviews and coordinate proposals with hiring teams.

The ideal candidate holds a university degree in management, HR, psychology or a related field, has 2+ years of IT recruitment experience, and is proficient with Excel and Outlook. The role is hybrid, with 3 days per week in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Bachelor-level degree in management, HR, psychology or similar.
• 2+ years of proven experience in Recruitment & Selection, IT profiles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from initial interview to candidate proposal.
• Render and publish ads on platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
• Identify and attract candidates (sourcing).
• Analyze CVs, schedule and conduct interviews.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from the initial interview to the candidate's proposal;
• Render and publish ads on different platforms (LinkedIn, employment platforms, etc.);
• Identify and attract candidates (sourcing);
• Analyze CVs, schedule and conduct interviews.

Who are you

• Licenciature in Management, Human Resources, Psychology or similar area (required);
• +2 years of proven experience in Recruitment & Selection, in IT profiles;
• (required) Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook;
• Capacity to understand IT functions and technologies;
• Good communication skills and interpersonal relationship ;
• Attention to detail and strong organizational capacity ;
• Team spirit ;
• Good level of English.
