We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our operations in Lisbon or Porto.

If you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, or similar;
• Fluent in English and Portuguese;
• Dynamic, proactive, and a team player;
• Decision-making skills and willingness to take risks;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

What we expect from you:

• Understanding of recruitment needs and requirements;
• Selection and recruitment of IT talent;
• Conducting interviews.
