ADENTIS is seeking a Recruitment Specialist in Porto to identify IT professionals, post job advertisements, screen CVs, and source candidates across databases and LinkedIn.

You will work with clients to understand needs, manage interview scheduling, and support business development, requiring a degree in HR/psychology or similar, English proficiency, and 6 months of IT recruitment experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or master’s in HR management, psychology, sociology or related field.
• 6 months of professional IT recruitment experience is preferred.
• English proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
• Ability to post job ads and screen CVs; source candidates from databases and LinkedIn.
• Availability to join a project in Porto.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit IT professionals and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Post job advertisements and screen incoming CVs.
• Source candidates from databases and social networks; coordinate interviews.
• Schedule and conduct interviews; manage candidate communications.
• Present candidate shortlists to clients and support business development.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology or a similar field;
• 6 months of professional experience (experience in the IT sector will be considered an advantage);
• Recruitment and selection of IT professionals;
• Posting job advertisements and screening CVs;
• Candidate sourcing (database, LinkedIn, etc.), scheduling and conducting interviews;
• Management of client needs and support for business development;
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
• Availability to join a project in Porto.
