Eugenia Talent in Lisbon is seeking a Swedish Technical Customer Advisor for a search engine project. You will assist customers by telephone, email and chat while delivering technical help on the platform.

You will apply the correct escalation process when necessary, listen actively, ask clear questions, and identify the best solution to ensure the customer leaves satisfied. The role offers a permanent contract, an attractive salary package with performance bonuses, relocation flight

Qualificações

• Native level Swedish is required.
• Good English skills are required.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Troubleshooting technical issues is advantageous.
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and intermediate level in English
• Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus

• Comfortable with phone calls, email writing and social media
