Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage office supplies, reprography, press subscriptions, and corporate resources.
• Monitor inventory and replenish materials and services on time.
• Coordinate maintenance for office equipment.
• Monitor expenses and maintain databases.
• Support contract management platform data accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain archives accurately and up-to-date.
• Liaise with suppliers on selection, pricing, and delivery.
• Validate purchase orders and invoicing; ensure recharge processes.
