Adecco Portugal is seeking a Supply Operations Officer in Porto with a focus on managing office supplies, procurement, and logistics in a 12-month outsourcing project. The role supports cost control, supplier management, and process optimization in an international environment.

The position offers a hybrid work model (8 days per month in the office), 09:00–18:00 hours, and a competitive salary package aligned with experience. Immediate start with potential for renewal.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Inventory Management.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Logistics.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Invoicing and Administrative Control.

Responsabilidades

• Manage office supplies, reprography services, press subscriptions, and other corporate resources.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials, equipment, and services.
• Coordinate maintenance activities for office equipment.
• Monitor expenses related to supplies and maintain databases up to date.
• Support contract management platform with data accuracy and compliance.
• Organize and update archives; manage supplier relationships for pricing and delivery.
• Validate purchase orders and invoices; ensure proper recharging to business units.
• Develop and monitor operational dashboards for cost tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with finance on re-invoicing documentation.
• Update databases reflecting ongoing projects and changes.
• Prepare information for audits, reviews, and supplier evaluations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and cost reduction.
