The candidate will coordinate procurement, track invoicing, and support process improvements in a fast-paced, multinational environment, with a focus on accuracy and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, logistics, or workplace services roles.
• Experience with inventory, PO management, and invoicing.
• Strong Excel data analysis and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of contract administration and accounting principles.

Responsabilités

• Manage office supplies, reprography services, press subscriptions, and workplace materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement for timely availability.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair for office equipment and validate invoices.
• Maintain operational databases, inventory records and contract information.
• Collaborate with suppliers on sourcing, pricing, delivery, invoicing and service quality.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for cost control and decision making.
• Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
