Team IT seeks a Supply Operations Officer who will manage procurement, inventory, and office services in a hybrid setup in Lisbon or Porto. You will coordinate suppliers, track costs, and develop dashboards to support cost control and decision-making. Fluency in French and strong Excel skills are essential.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, validating invoices, and driving process improvements across operations while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply operations, or workplace services.
• Hands-on experience with inventory management and stock monitoring processes.
• Strong knowledge of purchase order management and supplier coordination.
• Experience validating, tracking, and managing invoicing and re-billing activities.
• Understanding of contract administration and documentation management.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.

• Manage office supplies, reprography services, press subscriptions, and workplace materials.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate procurement, and ensure timely availability of supplies.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment; validate invoices and costs.
• Maintain operational databases, inventory records, and contract information.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders on sourcing, pricing, delivery, and service quality.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for cost control and decision-making.
• Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
