Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Operations or Application Support.
• Experience in 2nd/3rd-line application support, with knowledge of operational procedures and participation in task automation processes.
• Experience in service level management, monitoring, and control, including problem identification and the implementation of monitoring solutions to ensure service performance.
• Experience communicating with Technical and Functional teams, as well as creating and maintaining documentation and support materials for service operations.
• Experience in analysing, documenting, and improving internal processes and tools, including incident and problem analysis and resolution.
• Experience providing 24/7 application support on an on-call basis, as well as developing tools and processes for service management.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd-line application support and maintain operational procedures.
• Participate in task automation to improve efficiency and reliability.

Desired skills

• Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of regular expressions and experience in process automation.
• Knowledge of ITIL and familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of Ansible, applied to task automation and configuration management. Experience using Grafana, including dashboard creation and alerting.
• Experience with ELK Stack, Grafana, and Logstash.
• Experience creating Ansible playbooks.
• Familiarity with GitLab.
• Familiarity with IT best-practice standards and frameworks, such as ITIL and ISO 20000.
