WTW’s Lisbon Regional Delivery Center is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to lead high-quality RFP responses for Western Europe Corporate Risk and Broking. You will own end-to-end proposal processes, collaborate with opportunity teams, and drive differentiated, client-focused content and governance. Hybrid working arrangements and global exposure are offered.

You’ll manage complex bids, coach contributors, and develop scalable content, tools and templates to raise proposal quality across markets.

Formación

• Five years’ experience in bid management.
• Proven experience leading full lifecycle of complex RFP responses.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling for client-focused content.
• Strong project management and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Confident stakeholder management and communication with senior colleagues.
• Solid commercial judgment to identify differentiators and evidence for proposals.
• Collaborative, proactive, and resilient, with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Excel.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; other European languages helpful.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop) is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and project manage RFP responses from evaluation to submission.
• Own end-to-end proposal process, including kick-offs, strategy, content planning, and review.
• Partner with opportunity teams to articulate a differentiated value proposition.
• Draft, edit and produce high-quality proposal content for client-focused language.
• Ensure consistency in structure, tone, and brand adherence across materials.
• Maintain governance and ensure compliance and approvals for submissions.
• Coach contributors to improve input quality and timeliness.
• Champion AI-enabled approaches to proposal development and interactive presentations.
• Develop a regional repository of base content, tools and templates.
