Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a leading Travel project in Lisbon, Portugal. In this full-time role, you will manage customer inquiries, reservations, and issues, ensuring high-quality support throughout the customer journey.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish, possess strong communication skills, and be flexible with working hours. You will receive a gross salary of €920 per month, along with performance-based bonuses and meal allowances, while working in a multicultural environment.

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon and support a leading Travel project. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support, assisting passengers with inquiries, reservations, travel-related issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support to airline passengers via designated communication channels.
• Assist customers with flight reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and general travel inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures.
• Maintain service quality standards and achieve individual and team performance objectives.
• Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and promotions.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
• Fluent Spanish and good communication skills in English.
• Valid Authorization to work in Portugal

Working Schedule

• Monday to Sunday
• Working hours between 08:00 and 21:00
• 40 hours per week with2 rotating days off per week

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €920 gross per month (paid over 14 months)
• Attendance Bonus: €25 per month (paid over 11 months)
• Meal allowance: 7.63euros per day (167.86 per month= 7.63*22days)
• Full-time employment contract
• Training and onboarding provided
