Logical Recruitment Partners is seeking fluent Spanish speakers for a Customer Service role in Lisbon with a major European Airline. Successful candidates will assist customers during the Summer, starting on June 25th, requiring strong communication skills and customer orientation.

The role offers a salary of €930 and project bonuses, along with a daily meal card of €7.23. Candidates should already live in Portugal and have the right to work, with at least 6 months of relevant experience preferred.

Qualificações

Do you speak fluent Spanish and want to work in a Customer Service environment for a major company in Lisbon. You'll be working for a major European Airline assisting customers through the Summer.

Salary and Benefits

• €930 Summer and Winter salaries
• Project bonus of €25 per month
• Daily meal card of €7.23
• 6-month minimum contract with possibility of extension

Working Hours

• 40 hour per week contracts across a number of different shift schedules, Mon-Sun rotative

Responsibilities

• Fluent Spanish (C1) and at least B2 English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 6 months of Customer Service experience (B2C, tourism, travel, or baggage services preferred)
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and sound decision-making ability
• Customer-oriented, flexible, and comfortable handling sensitive situations
• Experience with GDS tools (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is a plus
