Job summary

RDN CONS in Porto, Portugal is seeking enthusiastic Spanish-speaking candidates to begin a career in customer support. This is a full-time, on-site role with comprehensive training and a multicultural team in an international travel platform environment.

No prior professional experience is required as full training will be provided, and there are opportunities for career development and relocation assistance for eligible EU candidates.

Qualifications

• Spanish C2 and English B2 required or strong proficiency
• EU citizenship is mandatory
• High school diploma required
• Currently living in Portugal or willing to relocate to Porto
• No prior work experience required; fresh graduates welcome
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email and live chat
• Assist customers with travel bookings, accommodation enquiries and service-related issues
• Investigate customer concerns and provide effective solutions
• Mediate between customers and service providers when necessary
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience
