Job summary

Freedom Recruitment partners with a premier global customer experience leader to recruit Spanish-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a world-renowned travel and accommodation platform. This fully on-site role is based in Porto or Santos (Lisbon) and serves as the primary contact via phone, email, and chat for travelers and partners.

You will resolve inquiries, troubleshoot booking issues, and deliver exceptional customer care with a 24/7 rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish at native or C2 level with B2 English for internal systems.
• High school diploma is required.
• Excellent listening, empathy and written communication.
• Able to work on-site in Porto or Santos with 24/7 rotating shifts.
• EU citizens or locals willing to relocate; prior customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line Spanish customer support via phone, chat and email.
• Investigate and troubleshoot platform inquiries and booking issues.
• De-escalate complaints and coordinate solutions between users.
• Escalate edge cases to internal departments with accurate records.
• Deliver accurate, empathetic responses while upholding quality standards.
