Nordic Jobs Worldwide is seeking native Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an international team in Portugal. You will assist guests and hosts via phone and email, helping with bookings and travel-related inquiries, while benefitting from a comprehensive relocation package.

Qualifications

• Native-level Spanish written and spoken
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong communication and customer focus
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using online platforms and digital tools
• Empathetic and professional in handling inquiries
• Interest in travel and hospitality industry
• Valid work permit for Portugal if not an EU citizen

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly and efficient customer support to an international travel and accommodation community
• Act as first point of contact via inbound calls and email
• Identify issues and escalate complex cases to appropriate teams
• Deliver clear, accurate, and personalized responses
• Research and troubleshoot customer concerns using available tools
• Assist in resolving disputes between guests and hosts professionally
• Manage multiple inquiries and tasks while maintaining high service standards
