Personalbuero U Herrmann is seeking a Spanish-speaking customer support agent to assist a global community of travellers and accommodation partners. The role is fully on-site in Portugal, with options for Porto or Santos (Lisbon).

You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email, and help resolve issues while maintaining high service standards. The position offers full-time hours (40 per week) with a rotating schedule, a probation period, and potential relocation assistance for EU citizens

Qualifications

• Native or near-native level of Spanish (C2).
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• High school diploma required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, or contact centres advantageous.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer support in Spanish across phone, chat, and email.
• Be first point of contact for international travellers and partners.
• Resolve user questions, concerns, and issues.
• Investigate cases using internal resources and systems.
• Troubleshoot problems and identify appropriate solutions.
• Handle complaints professionally with a solution-focused approach.
• Escalate complex cases to specialists when needed.
• Maintain clear records of interactions and case history.
• Deliver a positive experience while meeting quality standards.
